It has been a wild few months, huh?

Right now, it’s more important than ever to keep our
frequencies high so we can maintain peace and well-being during these crazy times. Yoga +
meditation provide some of the best tools to help us reconnect with ourselves so that we can
feel good in our bodies + our minds.

I took a break from teaching yoga, but I’m excited to share that I’m back at it… this time online.
I’ve joined my dear friend, Colleen McFall, at the Columbus School of Yoga with a full schedule
of daily live-streaming classes. All classes are donation-based: just pay what you can 🙂

My new class schedule is LIVE! Click on the Yoga tab to explore my class offerings. Just select
a class, confirm your reservation, and follow the link in your email to join zoom. You can log in
right up until the class time, and there will never be any cancellation fees.

5 Things I’m Into Right Meow

• What I’m watching: My Octopus Teacher on Netflix – If you’re into shows like Planet Earth
or nature documentaries in general, this is an absolute MUST watch!

• What I’m reading: Breath by James Nestor
– I absolutely love this dude’s writing style, and I
learned so much about our most valuable resource for overall wellness – the breath!

• What I’m listening to: DTFH – The Duncan Trussell Family Hour Podcast. Turn on, tune in
and drop out… if you know what I mean 😉

• What I’m meditating on: Karani Kriya – This practice helps to balance the negative and positive minds, creating a neutral state where we can start to visualize the things that will
support our lives and spiritual growth. I’ll be teaching this meditation in class soon

Where I’m going: Franklin Park – This park is my jam! I’m a bit biased because it’s within
walking distance to my place… but it’s magical. There is a section of the park dedicated to
pine trees from all over the world. They’re all labeled, so you can learn something while
enjoying their beautiful presence.
